How a plant usually starts
Five to ten people in the office. Production still months out. The first thing the owner wants on the wall is cameras — docks first, then manufacturing, then the office.
- Indoor domes on the production aisles and staging
- Exterior IR on the Dry Pond / loading-dock wall
- Two or three heads in the business office
- 32-channel NVR, on site, with usable storage
Hikvision is fine for a private plant. It is not NDAA §889. If federal cargo or SLED shows up, we hang Hanwha and do not touch anything else.
Same drops that feed the cameras feed the APs and the machine HMIs. Pull them once.
What we will not do
We will not leave you renting recording by the month. We will not hang cameras on someone else’s switch if you asked us to own the closet.
